If you were wandering by the shop today, you might have spotted some artistry going on in our window.
Local illustrator, Iain Keith Murray of Imagicon was hard at work on our Atlantic Jazz Festival window contest entry.
It’s part of a series of windows, honouring the progression of jazz, that begins down the street at Certainly Cinnamon, wanders across the windows of Momoya, onto United Books (not yet painted) and then on to ours.

Our window features Canadian jazz beatniks, The Shuffle Demons, cavorting as jazz fairies across the space (the only way you could make the Shuffle Demons any wackier would be if they WERE, in fact, fairies).
This is just about finished – want to see the finished product? Take a wander down to Barrington Street before July 18th!
